Learning Objectives
- Develop care plans to address primary pre-game readiness, in-game injury, and post-game treatment and recovery factors.
- Develop an approach to mental health and performance.
- Identify needs of special hockey populations (women and youth), including differences in injury presentation, preventative measures, and holistic health/MSK concerns unique to the demographic.
- Apply evidence-based practices on hockey player concussion diagnosis, recovery and return to play decisions.
