Emerging Leaders Program

Grab a beverage and join AOSSM for a virtual nightcap

The AOSSM Emerging Leaders program is designed to mentor and engage the next generation of leaders in our Society. The Emerging Leaders Nightcap events are virtual AOSSM meetings aimed at providing AOSSM members under the age of 45 with information to build their practice and develop leadership skills. These are limited in participants, and are informal, relaxed meetings designed for the exchange of ideas. Nightcaps provide opportunities for younger members to engage with leaders in the field.
