Meeting Space Requests

AOSSM welcomes Exhibiting, Affiliate and Alumni groups at the Annual Meeting 2020 to request space in which to host functions.  We kindly request that events involving participation of meeting attendees be conducted during the suggested hours listed below.  Requests will not be approved if conflicting with any general sessions, presidential addresses, or official AOSSM social events.  Please fill out the request form below and you will be contacted within 2-3 business days.

Wednesday, July 8: at any time* 
Thursday, July 9: Ending prior to 8:30 am**
Thursday, July 9: 7:00 pm - 12:00 am
Friday, July 10: Ending prior to 8:30 am**
Friday, July 10: 6:00 pm - 12:00 am
Saturday, July 11: Ending prior to 8:30 am**
Saturday, July 11: 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm

* On Wed audience should not compete with the Innovation Symposium from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
** On Thu, Fri, Sat audience should not compete with Instructional Courses from 7:00 am – 8:30 am
