This is a recorded four part webinar series. The Athlete's Hip webinar series aims to provide a greater understanding of normal and pathological states of the athlete’s hip. The series provides a complete overview of the evaluation, non-surgical treatment, and surgical correction of the athlete’s hip in all compartments: central, peripheral, peri-trochanteric and posterior. Integration of clinical expertise with the best available clinical evidence into the decision-making process for patient care are presented to address clinical challenges relevant to everyday practice.

Describe normal and pathologic hip kinematics in the athlete’s hip
Describe and perform a complete physical exam, radiographic analysis, and then determine and identify non-operative and operative treatment plans

Describe arthroscopic and open hip preservation techniques in the central compartment (labral and articular, psoas and pincer pathology), and peripheral compartment (cam and capsular pathology)
Describe arthroscopic and open hip preservation techniques in the peritrochanteric space and deep gluteal space
