AOSSM Announces Partnership with President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports (PCPFS)
PCPFS is proud to announce that AOSSM will be serving as a Science Partner to PCPFS. This partnership will allow AOSSM to work with PCPFS to distribute and create patient education materials for both the professional and public communities via product distribution and Web site initiatives. PCPFS is an advisory committee of volunteer citizens who advise the President through the Secretary of Health and Human Services about physical activity. Only six other organizations serve as Science Partners, including the National Athletic Trainers' Association, American College of Sports Medicine, American Physical Therapy Association, National Strength and Conditioning Association and the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance.
