Self-Assessment Examinations

Let us help you prepare for the ABOS initial sports medicine subspecialty certification exam, the combined sports medicine recertification exam, or the new sports medicine practice profiled recertification exam. The 2015, 2016 and 2017 AOSSM Self-Assessment Examinations each feature 125 peer-reviewed questions on sports medicine topics. For each examination, you may earn up to 12 ABOS MOC Part II self-assessment examination (SAE) credits and up to  to 12 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM

AJSM CME/Current Concepts

You can find current research on a variety of sports medicine topics when you participate in Current Concepts CME. This monthly activity provides a great way to assess your medical practice while staying current in your field. One CME credit is available per designated Current Concept article going back three years.

Our popular Annual Meeting Instructional Courses are now available online!  View the recorded presentations, take a three- to four-question posttest and complete an evaluation to earn credit towards your Part II MOC CME requirements.

Want to review a presentation from one of AOSSM’s live educational activities? Use our meeting recordings to access the agenda and presentations. This resource is available on an annual subscription basis, or pay-per-view for the annual AOSSM and AAOS Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Review Cousre. Please note, you cannot earn CME credit by viewing online meetings.
