    The Society's leadership bodies stem from the passionate work of AOSSM's Founding Members, a group dedicated to establishing a community for peers involved in the sports medicine specialty.  Today, the growth of our 3,000 + membership and continuing medical education programs is guided by a Board of Directors, and led by our rotating Presidential Line.  Longterm planning is facilitated within the 20 + committees that serve the continual development of top notch sports medicine programs for the Society's members.  For complete lists of AOSSM leadership past and present, please see the sections outlined below.
